Must have:
  • Minimum 10 years of FP&A experience or 8+ with advanced degree
  • Experience in a SaaS environment preferred
  • Experience in a private equity environment is essential
  • Proven leadership in senior FP&A roles

We're seeking an accomplished, visionary, and strategic Vice President of FP&A to join Pluralsight’s leadership team. As the VP of FP&A, you'll drive best-in-class financial planning, robust forecasting, and scalable analytical infrastructure across the enterprise. You’ll be responsible for shaping the company’s financial strategy through rigorous analysis, leading complex financial initiatives, and providing insightful perspectives to the Board of Directors, investors, and executive stakeholders.   • Data-Driven Problem Solving: Transform complex data into actionable solutions, identifying key linkages and interdependencies in our business processes to solve intricate problems.

  • Financial Intelligence: Interpret and apply key financial indicators to make superior business decisions, gaining a deep understanding of organizational performance.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting Excellence: Oversee the comprehensive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver insightful financial performance reports to executive leadership and the Board, highlighting key trends, variances, and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years of related or equivalent experience in FP&A, or 10+ years with an advanced degree.

  • Prior experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.

  • Experience working in a private equity environment is essential.
