Join our client's Enterprise Innovation team to help shape a smarter energy future. In this role, you'll manage digital content—video, images, and text—across platforms, edit high-quality footage, and craft compelling PowerPoint presentations. You'll lead multiple projects, ensuring on-brand, timely, and impactful content delivery.
This is a full-time 6-month contract opportunity. The role is located in Charlotte, NC and is hybrid onsite 3 days/week

Video Content Design Specialist Responsibilities: 

• Videography & Editing: Capture and edit high-quality video content for projects, tutorials, interviews, and events. Enhance videos with graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to ensure they are visually appealing and align with brand standards.

• Design & Presentation: Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey key messages and engage audiences, utilizing design principles for maximum impact.

• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with team members to meet deadlines and objectives. Ensure all content is delivered on time, within budget, and meets strategic goals.

Video Content Design Specialist Requirements: 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

• Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience with a degree, or 10+ years without.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital content management systems, SEO, web design, and software such as Sitecore, SharePoint 365, Google Analytics, Jira, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

• Communication & Adaptability: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• Innovation & Attention to Detail: A creative storyteller with a keen eye for detail, committed to producing superior quality work that adheres to brand guidelines.

• *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
