We’re hiring an Internal Communication Writer for a travel and tourism client. This is a 3-month, full-time contract opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement.In this role, you’ll join the Communication team within the Growth and Digital group, supporting internal messaging, executive presentations, and corporate events that highlight digital strategy, transformation, and innovation across business units.### Internal Communication Writer Responsibilities:* Write executive presentation content that communicates digital strategy, transformation, and innovation across business units.* Craft high-quality internal email communications, including newsletters, announcements, and organizational updates (HTML experience a plus).* Collaborate with designers to align visuals and language in presentations, infographics, newsletters, white papers, and digital signage.* Serve as a content wrangler, building relationships and actively gathering information and messaging from leaders across functional teams (Digital, E-commerce, Data, AI, and more).* Build messaging frameworks, talking points, and leadership scripts that tell a cohesive story across platforms.* Support quarterly corporate events with content for speeches, banners, print collateral, and digital experiences.* Maintain a consistent voice across internal touchpoints while tailoring messaging for different audiences.* Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.### Internal Communication Writer Qualifications:* South Florida-based (Miami-Dade or Broward counties ideally), with the ability to commute to and work in-office several times per week as required (TechHub or Port HQ).* 5+ years of demonstrable experience in public relations, corporate communications, executive writing, or relevant fields.* High level of comfort with digital app and web software development subject matters.* Outstanding writing, editing, and narrative development skills.* Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.* Proven ability to chase down content, drive deadlines, and work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.* Experience writing for presentations, HTML email, white papers, and event communications (digital and print).* Strong grasp of tone, structure, and storytelling in corporate environments.* Organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.* Confident communicator who can work closely with executives and cross-departmental teams.### Perks & Benefits:* Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.* Life Insurance.* 401(k) Program.* Commuter Benefit.* eLearning & Ongoing Training.* Education Reimbursement.*Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
