Job Description

As a VIP Account Manager Intern at Blitz, a Voodoo subsidiary, you'll be the primary contact for high-value players, ensuring an exceptional gaming experience. Responsibilities include driving player engagement and retention, optimizing monetization through personalized strategies, analyzing KPIs, and reporting on performance. You will manage VIP relationships across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, email, in-game chat), offering exclusive bonuses and promotions. Close collaboration with multiple teams (LiveOps, CRM, Product, Marketing) is essential. The role involves enhancing player experience by addressing requests, providing tailored gifts, and sharing feedback for game improvements.

Role

As a VIP Account Manager Intern, you will be the primary point of contact for our most valued players, ensuring they have an exceptional gaming experience. 

    • Focusing on driving player engagement, retention, and monetization.
    • Managing and retaining VIP players by maintaining close relationships through social media and in-game chat, while providing premium service with exclusive bonuses, private events, and personalized promotions.
    • Optimizing monetization by closely monitoring VIP activity to anticipate their needs, identify churn risks, and implement effective retention strategies.
    • Analyzing and reporting VIP player KPIs, tracking spending and engagement, and providing regular reports on performance and campaign impact.
    • Engaging with VIPs across multiple platforms, including: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, E-mail, Intercom (our in-game chatbot)
    • Enhancing the player experience by serving as the direct contact for VIP requests, personalizing interactions with tailored gifts, and sharing feedback with the product team to improve the game experience.
    • Working closely with multiple teams (LiveOps Team, CRM & Operations Team, Product Team & Marketing/Growth Team)

Profile

    • Final-year student from a Top 10 Business School, seeking an internship
    • Fluent in French and English
    • Interested about mobile gaming and player engagement
    • Strong interest in social media platforms, social listening tools and emerging digital trends
    • Deep understanding of the current media landscape and marketing trends
    • Exceptional communication with outstanding editorial writing abilities
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Proactive, detail-oriented and organized
    • Collaborative team player with a results-driven mindset
