Job Description

Experian is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate for its Hyderabad operations to support recruitment efforts. This role involves partnering with TA Partners, managing interview scheduling, conducting background checks, and ensuring data completeness in the Applicant Tracking System. The associate will act as an Experian ambassador, ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to recruiting initiatives and compliance.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in coordinating bulk in person interviews
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Smart Recruiters a plus)
Must Have:
  • Closely partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to provide an outstanding candidate and Hiring Manager experience
  • Review and ensure completeness of data for job requisitions through Applicant Tracking System
  • Manage external and internal candidate interview scheduling and related arrangements
  • Conduct/Coordinate candidate background investigations and communicate results to TA Partners
  • Ensure Applicant Tracking System reflects accurate and current status for candidates
  • Support virtual and in-person recruiting initiatives/events
  • Develop strong relationships with internal business and drive activity in support of hiring objectives
  • Ensure organizational compliance with laws and regulations related to recruiting
  • Coordinate candidate assessments and create job offers
  • Respond to candidate and employee inquiries through shared mailboxes
  • Related bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or support function, ideally in Recruiting or Human Resources
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven success working in a high-volume, multi-client environment
  • High level of motivation, self-initiative and sense of urgency coupled with a strong customer service orientation
  • Strong organization skills to plan and prioritize day to day responsibilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven previous job stability
  • Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening

Job Description

We´re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate for our Hyderabad operations, to support the recruitment efforts for our operations center. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of and develop your career in a dynamic and highly service-oriented organization! In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process and will as act as an ambassador for Experian, by ensuring a positive candidate experience for individuals exploring employment opportunities within our organization.

What you´ll do:

  • Closely partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to provide an outstanding candidate and Hiring Manager experience
  • Help develop team’s best practices and associated SOPs
  • Review and ensure completeness of data for job requisitions through our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure approval of requisitions submitted.
  • Manage external and internal candidate interview scheduling and related arrangements. Experience in coordinating bulk in person interviews is good to have.
  • Conduct/Coordinate candidate background investigations and communicate results to TA Partners
  • Ensure Applicant Tracking System reflects the accurate and most current status for the candidates.
  • Support virtual and in-person recruiting initiatives/events.
  • Work collaboratively with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure recruiting objectives are achieved.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal business and drive activity in support of their hiring objectives and processes
  • Consistently demonstrate an ability to streamline/improve the talent acquisition process by identifying and improving bottlenecks in the recruiting process
  • Ensure organizational compliance with laws and regulations related to recruiting
  • Performs other duties and special project assignments as appropriate
  • Coordinate candidate assessments
  • Create job offers
  • Respond to candidate and employee inquiries through shared mailboxes.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:

  • Related bachelor’s degree*
  • Previous experience supporting recruiting processes
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Smart Recruiters a plus)
