Job Description
The Sofitel Luxembourg Europe, a 5-star hotel in the heart of Kirchberg, is seeking a Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper for a full-time, fixed-term contract. The role involves exemplary conduct, supporting smooth service, working autonomously under the Chef, ensuring guest satisfaction, cleaning dishes, equipment, and premises, and assisting with vegetable preparation and plating. Candidates need at least 6 months of experience, attention to detail, fluent French, flexibility for weekend work, and a rigorous, organized team spirit.
Must Have:
- Behave and act in an exemplary manner, embodying the brand spirit
- Help provide smooth services and a sustained pace of activity
- Work autonomously in accordance with the Chef de Cuisine's instructions
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction through the quality of your work and exemplary behavior
- Ensure cleaning and maintenance of dishes, equipment, and premises
- Participate in peeling and cutting vegetables and plating
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar position
- Attention to detail and adaptability to quality
- Fluent French
- Flexibility to work on a 7-day rotating schedule, including weekends
- Team spirit, rigorous and organized approach
