Iron Mountain is seeking an Imaging Supervisor for its USCIS Imaging Center. This role involves optimizing staffing for image digitization, restoration, remediation, and reformatting processes. The supervisor ensures compliance with customer specifications and maintains high quality and professionalism in handling images and data. Responsibilities include daily team direction, project timeline management, training, and quality control, contributing to the company's mission of preserving invaluable artifacts and protecting data privacy.
Must Have:
Provide daily direction to employees for multiple projects.
Manage project timelines, including scoping work, creating job instructions, and training team members.
Ensure quality and outcome of customer orders, including extensive reconciliation.
Lead, mentor, cross-train, and provide accountable standards to department employees.
Manage timekeeping, attendance tracking, and accountability for direct reports.
Plan staffing for the team.
Research and resolve customer issues, modifying procedures as needed.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly production reporting and support Operations Manager with data analysis.
Possess 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment with 30-50 employees.
Demonstrate strong computer skills with Windows and Mac.
Be able to move pallets, boxes, carts, and stand for long periods.
Exhibit strong team training and leadership skills.
Have an understanding of imaging processes, a strong technical background, and organizational skills.
Possess strong project management experience in a high-volume production environment.
Demonstrate effective internal and external communication.
Be able to lift up to 40lbs.
Be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment for a team of 30-50 employees in a similar field
This position requires strong computer skills with both Windows and Mac.
Due to the nature of the program, the Imaging Operations Supervisor will also need to be able to move pallets, boxes, carts, and stand for long periods of time to support the operations or work alongside team members.
Strong team training and leadership skills
Understanding of the imaging processes, demonstrated leadership skills with strong technical background and organizational skills.
Ability to assist in the invoicing process.
Strong project management experience in a high-volume production environment.
This position requires effective communication, internally and externally. There will be interaction with multiple areas of Iron Mountain with greater focus on local market communication. External communication may consist of infrequent Customer visits, written and verbal communication.
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
