As Scrum Master and Test lead, you will play a crucial role in coaching and facilitating the Scrum team to deliver outstanding results and achieve business objectives, proactively addressing and overcoming any challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
Scrum Master Responsibilities (85%):
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate scrum events like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove Impediments: Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
- Coach and Mentor: Guide the team on Agile principles and best practices, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Protect the Team: Shield the team from external distractions and scope creep.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders: Lead prioritization meetings, communicate team progress, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders.
- Ensure Definition of Done: Collaborate with the team to establish, evolve, and adhere to the Definition of Done.
- Maintain Information Radiators: Keep the team and stakeholders informed of progress and relevant information. Track and report on key Agile metrics like sprint velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time to provide visibility into team progress and identify areas for improvement.
Test Lead Responsibilities (15%):
- Develop Test Strategies: Create and implement test strategies, plans for twice annual ServiceNow HRSD upgrades.
- Execute Tests: Manage and execute manual and automated test scripts, ensuring thorough testing of functionality, performance, and security.
- Identify and Track Defects: Identify, log, and track defects using appropriate tools, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
- Automate Testing: Implement and maintain automated tests to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Manage Test Environments: Set up and maintain test environments and data.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing requirements and results.
- Ensure Quality: Ensure that ServiceNow HRSD meets functional and performance requirements.
Qualifications
- General consulting skills, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, adaptability, demonstrated initiative.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD is strongly preferred. Experience with any of its various modules (ITSM, SPM, etc.) is required.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies: (functional, regression, integration, performance, etc.).
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in teams and independently with minimum supervision.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Human Resources preferred.
- Experience working in a global company is preferred
Education
- BA/BS degree in a related STEM field, Human Resources, or 5 years equivalent experience. Non-traditional and neurodiverse learners and thinkers are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Reasonably expected salary range: $120,500.00 - $160,600.00
