We are currently looking for a Warranty Supervisor to oversee technical adjudication of warranty claims on eNEWS, support escalated SupportLine Tickets (SLT), and manage local supplier claims and chargebacks. Assist the FQI team in analyzing warranty parts and clarifying Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, including duplication testing and dealer investigations. Provide timely support to dealers with warranty queries during diagnosis phase.
Principal Accountabilities
- Adjudicate claims and confirm warrantable failures on eNEWS
- Facilitate 1st level review and dealer feedback on all SLT escalated cases.
- Ensure Claim quality (VOC, Diagnosis as per ESM and appropriate repair method)
- Support dealer with queries during diagnosis phase.
- Liaise with Local Suppliers about claims received and approved.
- Manage claim WIP to avoid claim aging and resolve delays identified.
- Validate issue / verbatim according to customer experience “5W/1H”
- Support incident parts testing / duplication on vehicle Level and Result reporting to FQI Engineers
Major Challenges
- Dealer technical diagnosis verification to understand the VOC and understand appropriate diagnoses.
- Identify any non conformity from claims against the WPPM.
- Support dealer remotely with appropriate repairs.
- Continuous coaching of new dealer staff to ensure compliance to WPPM.
Who We’re Looking for:
- B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of workshop experience in vehicle fault diagnosis and repairs.
- Organized and punctual.
- Must be able to travel to support scramble investigations at Dealerships.
- High communication and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal relations and positive thinking
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and Arabic
