Assurance Quality Engineering

General Description

Quality Field area management, involvement with the system plant process (internal and external customers) to investigate and analyze quality issues, verify and follow up the established countermeasures. Apply solid knowledge and skills, such as Quality Tools, in order to reach area targets through standardization and workstations improvement, and human development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Quality inspectors
• Conflict management of any situations QCST
• Establish a/o improve working methods and review acceptance criteria according to design and parts functional
• Able to do area operations physically
• Review and approve area requirements (line/ workstations changes, process changes evaluation and equipment validation.
• Internal Nissan Assurance Quality Systems, statistics control.
• Measurement tools handling, drawing interpretation, and problem analysis
• Strong mindset of Daily Management

Education/Certifications

• Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering

Previous Work Experience

• Work in quality areas
• Be in charge of personnel, teamwork
• Rotate shifts

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Language: Fluent English language skills(500 pts TOEIC)
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Advanced, Power point
• Competencies: Responsible, Team work, Analysis Capacity, Problem Solving.

• Knowledge and application of the PDCA
• 5’s knowledge
• Kaizen knowledge
