  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management

Efficiently manage the daily calendars of executive leader, including scheduling international meetings, coordinating appointments, and arranging both domestic and international travel logistics.

This role requires effective coordination of team events involving senior executives across 3 continents and multiple time zones.

  • Stakeholder Liaison & Visitor Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact between the executive leader and internal/external stakeholders. Responsibilities include welcoming guests and overseeing logistics such as transportation, accommodation, documentation, and meeting arrangements.

  • Event Planning & Administrative Collaboration

Work closely with other administrative professionals to plan, organize, and execute departmental and corporate events, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with business objectives.

  • Executive Support

Prepare executive-level documents to support leadership in internal and external engagements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in executive-level administrative support, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership and commitment, taking full responsibility for tasks and following through to ensure successful outcomes
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
