Premier Disability Services is seeking Call Center Representatives for an entry-level, full-time role based in Brooklyn Park, MN, with remote options in several states. This position involves providing high-quality phone support to attorney clients, gathering information, documenting responses, and following up with potential new clients. Representatives will learn best practices in client communication and have opportunities for long-term advancement while assisting individuals in obtaining Social Security Disability benefits.

Must Have

Premier Disability Services is looking for Call Center Representatives to join our growing Brooklyn Park, MN-based team! This is an entry-level role that will allow you to learn best practices and become familiar with effective communications with lawyer clients. Premier Disability Services, LLC, Center Representatives have the opportunity for long-term advancement - all while changing people’s lives for the better.

About this Role

In this role, you will provide high-quality phone support to attorney clients. You’ll follow an established process to gather information, document responses, and follow up with potential new clients on a regular basis.

Compensation: The range is $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $500 a month in bonuses based on your performance.

Hiring States: Minnesota, Georgia, Iowa, Texas, South Dakota, Kansas

Onsite: Brooklyn Park, MN - Pay starts at $20.00 per hour

Remote hiring areas: Pay starts at $16.00 per hour

Terms: Full-Time. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm CST

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to clients who are requesting our services
  • Answer incoming calls from potential clients
  • Providing accurate information to clients regarding their case
  • Convey the benefits of the Premier Disability services
  • Gather information, document responses, and keep a detailed record of all customer interactions in our CRM database

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude
  • Active listening skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle client objections and de-escalate challenging situations
  • Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems and using Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) in a proficient manner
  • Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills at least 50 WPM
