Job Description

This role involves providing client service and support for a designated group of clients and the Relationship Management business unit. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, preparing client reports and presentations using Microsoft Office, resolving basic client inquiries, assisting with project management, and performing administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, be highly motivated, and possess expert-level Excel skills.

Must Have:

  • Independently research and resolve basic client inquiries
  • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking progress and coordinating deliverables
  • Perform administrative duties to support client relationships and team operations
  • Develop a base-level understanding of fund administration processes and industry practices
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level Excel skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
