As an Analyst I on the Central Forecasting team, you’ll shape how we evaluate and optimize marketing performance across the business. You’ll uncover trends, support machine learning initiatives, and build dashboards that guide high-impact decisions. Partnering with teams across marketing, finance, and analytics, you’ll drive smarter spend strategies and more accurate forecasts. Your curiosity and analytical skills will directly influence how we allocate resources and refine our marketing approach.

What you'll do as Analyst I, Customer Forecasting

• Leverage forecasting and data analysis techniques to measure, monitor, and predict new customer acquisition trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Finance, Sportsbook and Casino Operations, Research, and Customer Experience to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities in our forecasts.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of machine learning models, dashboards, and other diagnostic tools that improve forecast accuracy and efficiency.
• Translate complex datasets and analyses into clear, compelling insights that inform decision-making for stakeholders at all levels.
• Continuously evaluate forecasting methodologies, incorporating new data sources and approaches to improve precision and scalability.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and high-visibility projects that drive innovation and help shape long-term marketing strategy.
• Champion best practices in data integrity, reporting, and automation to ensure consistent, reliable insights.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in business analytics or data science.
• Practical experience with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau. Python/R experience is a plus.
• Exposure to data science principles, including machine learning, regression and classification techniques, and model evaluation, as well as familiarity with tools like Databricks, Airflow, XGBoost and Bitbucket, is a plus.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and hypothesis testing methods.
• Curiosity to learn about a complex business and a desire to grow as an analyst.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
