Job Description

This HR Intern position involves participating in the recruitment process, including drafting and disseminating announcements, CV pre-selection, and candidate contact. The intern will also contribute to the onboarding of new employees, ensure administrative follow-up of personnel files, and assist in organizing training and HR actions. Additionally, the role supports the implementation and monitoring of HR projects and provides general daily support to the HR team.
Must Have:
  • Participate in recruitment, including drafting ads, CV pre-selection, and candidate contact.
  • Contribute to new employee onboarding and administrative follow-up of personnel.
  • Assist in organizing HR training and projects, providing daily team support.
  • Student in HR management, social law, or management (bac+3/4/5).
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, organization, confidentiality, and initiative.
  • Proficiency in office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Description

Main missions:

  • Participate in the recruitment process (drafting and disseminating announcements, CV pre-selection, contacting candidates).
  • Contribute to the reception and integration of new employees.
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of personnel (personnel files, leave, certificates, etc.).
  • Participate in the organization of training and HR actions.
  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of HR projects (internal communication, well-being at work, HR reporting).
  • Provide general support to the HR team in its daily missions.

Qualifications

Desired profile:

  • Student in human resources management, social law or management (bac+3/4/5).
  • Good interpersonal skills, sense of organization and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Initiative and willingness to learn.
