• Lead and grow a team engineers and scientists (machine learning, AI, software and data)
• Build systems and platforms that enable scaling of machine learning frameworks and applied data science
• Work closely with Product leaders and owners to translate product and business requirements to system design and implementation
• Develop a vision and seek opportunities to apply machine learning models and data science across all products
• Create an innovation-first mindset and environment to drive product enhancements, breakthroughs and increase engagement
• Leverage experimentation to learn and drive continuous product improvements and user experience
• Provide vision for feature engineering pipelines to power ML at scale
• Promote research and the application of the latest AI, machine learning and algorithmic approaches and technologies
• Work with and present to Executive leadership
• Manage a geographically dispersed team
