The Wardrobe Show Support Manager assists the Costume Shop Manager in coordinating and tracking activities for traveling wardrobe crews, supporting the costume/wardrobe department and show staff of touring shows. This role involves providing technical assistance, gathering information, developing maintenance standards, managing refurbishment lists, and overseeing unit requests. The manager also evaluates personnel, recommends training, and assists in recruiting qualified touring wardrobe personnel. Additionally, they must be proficient with computer software and possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
Must Have:- Experience with touring productions and large-scale theatrical productions.
- Superior organizational and tracking skills are necessary.
- Ability to train wardrobe crews in costume care and repair.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
