Job Summary

Job Description

The job involves managing the daily operations of the warehouse and leading a team of 12 people. Responsibilities include organizing and coordinating physical and information flow operations (receiving, incoming control, warehousing, order preparation, shipping) using operational tools. It also includes determining the right match between human resources (permanent, temporary team) and activity volumes to ensure customer performance and site profitability. The role also involves creating and managing the service and plant action plans in conjunction with the warehouse and managing the reporting of productivity and quality indicators. Additionally, it includes managing the activities of the remote warehouse and supervising and leading the entire warehouse team, participating in the recruitment process of its employees, welcoming new arrivals (new hires, temporary workers), and respecting and enforcing the safety instructions applicable within the warehouse.
Must have:
  • Higher education in logistics.
  • 7 years of management experience in logistics.
  • Experience in distribution.
  • Knowledge of IT tools related to logistics.
  • Professional level of English.
  • Authorization to work in the U.E.

Nous recrutons un Responsable de magasin (H./F.)

Localisation : Neuville en Ferrain (à 20 km de Lille, département 59)

Comment ferez-vous la différence ?

Rattaché(e) à la division « Spares & Trading », vous aurez la responsabilité d’effectuer la gestion au quotidien du magasin et de diriger l’équipe de 12 personnes.

Qu'aimerions-nous retrouver chez vous ?

  • Vous avez suivi des études supérieures en logistique,
  • Vous possédez une expérience de 7 ans au minimum, acquise dans des fonctions de management d’équipes logistiques ou de flux logistiques,
  • Vous avez une expérience en distribution.
  • Vous connaissez les outils informatiques liés à la logistique.
  • Vous avez un niveau d’anglais professionnel.
  • Vous êtes autorisé(e) à travailler en U.E.

À quoi ressemblera votre journée type ?

1) Organiser les flux et gérer les stocks :

  • Organiser et coordonner les opérations de gestion des flux physiques (réception, contrôle d'entrée, entreposage, préparation de commandes, expédition) et informatiques à l’aide des outils d’exploitation.
  • Déterminer la bonne adéquation entre les moyens humains (équipe permanente, intérimaire) et les volumes d’activité pour garantir la performance client et la profitabilité du site.
  • Elaborer et piloter les plans d'action du service et de l'usine en lien avec le magasin
  • Réaliser le reporting des indicateurs de productivité et de qualité.
  • Piloter les activités de l'entrepôt déporté.

2) Encadrer et animer l’ensemble de l’équipe du magasin :

  • Management / Animation des équipes (12 personnes)
  • Participer au processus de recrutement de ses collaborateurs.
  • Accueillir les nouveaux arrivants (nouvel embauché, intérimaire).
  • Respecter et faire respecter les consignes de sécurité applicable au sein du magasin.

3) Gérer la dimension opérationnelle du magasin :

  • Relationnel avec les équipes Méthodes, Engineering, Amélioration continue, Supply Chain (approvisionnements, ADV, planification, achats...).
  • Elaborer et piloter les plans d'action du service et de l'usine en lien avec le magasin.
