Job Summary

As a Quality Trainer (m/f/d) at BECORIT GmbH in Recklinghausen, you will be the central point of contact for quality assurance and training in the production area. Your responsibilities include conducting product and internal audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IRIS), analyzing errors, training employees on quality standards, monitoring production processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen and Lean management. This role offers an opportunity to actively shape quality and sustainably improve processes within a leading global provider of system components for the rail transport sector.

Must Have

  • Conduct product audits
  • Perform internal audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IRIS) in production areas
  • Analyze product and process errors and their sources
  • Internally train employees on quality standards
  • Accompany and monitor production processes
  • Collaborate in improvement and Kaizen workshops
  • Support Lean and 6S management
  • Optimize standard packaging
  • Contribute to ideas management
  • Completed technical or craft training
  • Knowledge and experience in quality assurance
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings
  • Proficiency with IT and MS Office applications
  • Experience with conventional and 3D measuring instruments
  • Team player, reliable, resilient
  • Independent and structured work ethic

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of Lean methods
  • English language skills

In this position, you will be the central point of contact for quality assurance and training in the production area.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conducting product audits
  • Internal audits according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IRIS in the production areas
  • Analysis of errors and sources of error in products and processes
  • Internal training of employees on quality standards
  • Accompanying and monitoring production processes
  • Collaboration in improvement and Kaizen workshops
  • Support for Lean and 6S management
  • Optimization of standard packaging
  • Contribution to ideas management

Your Profile

  • Completed training in a technical or craft field
  • Knowledge and experience in quality assurance
  • Confident reading of technical drawings
  • Proficiency with IT and MS Office applications
  • Experience with conventional and 3D measuring instruments
  • Knowledge of Lean methods desirable
  • Team player, reliable, and resilient
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • English language skills desirable
