Operations Management Intern

As a Werkstudent in Operations Management at welevel, you'll assist in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and supporting business operations within a dynamic gaming startup environment. Responsibilities include process optimization, workflow improvements, project coordination, cross-functional team collaboration, conducting research and analysis for decision-making, documenting and improving internal procedures, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a university program, has an interest in business operations and process management, possesses analytical and problem-solving skills, is fluent in German and English, and is already living in the Munich metropolitan area. The role can be part-time or full-time during holidays.
