Job Description

Brillio is seeking a Windows/Active Directory (SME) with extensive Global Customer Support experience, requiring a minimum of 10 years in managing large data center technologies. The role demands expertise in Active Directory upgrades, Windows OS migrations, PowerShell automation, Azure AD, RDS, Terminal Services, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, and Certificate Services. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows Server performance, managing cluster setups, deploying OS updates, and ensuring security through user account and permission management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be willing to work US business hours.
Must have:
  • Global Customer Support experience in Windows /Active Directory technologies.
  • Minimum 10 plus years of experience in managing large data center technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in US business hours.
  • Excellent knowledge in Active Directory Upgradation and Migration.
  • Hands-on experience in Windows OS upgradation from 2008/2012 to latest version.
  • Experience in automating Day to day tasks using PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, AD Sync.
  • Hands-on experience in managing RDS and Terminal services.
  • Excellent knowledge of Group policy.
  • Experience in managing DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, Certificate Services.
  • Strong knowledge in Active Directory Groups, Login script, gMSA, Group policy and managing System Registry changes.
  • Excellent knowledge in troubleshooting Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 OS-based performance issues.
  • Experience in setting up Windows cluster setup and troubleshooting.
  • Managing Group Policy Objects, registry and files system security.
  • Deploying and testing Windows operating systems, including virus updates, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Knowledge in SCOM, SCCM tools for performing server monitoring and scheduling various tasks.
  • Manage scheduled WSUS based server patching and troubleshoot patching failure issues.
  • Ensure server patching post check and pre-check is done and ensure service is up and running.

Job Details

We are looking for an SME with Global Customer Support experience in Windows /Active Directory technologies. Ideal candidate should have minimum 10 plus years of experience in managing large data center technologies with below mentioned skills. He/she should have excellent verbal and written communication skill and willing to work in US business hours.

Windows Administration:

  • Excellent knowledge in Active Directory Upgradation and Migration
  • Hands on experience in Windows OS upgradation from 2008/2012 to latest version
  • Experience in automating Day to day task using PowerShell
  • Knowledge of Azure Active directory, AD Syc ,etc.
  • Hands on experience in managing RDS and Terminal services
  • Excellent knowledge Group policy
  • Experience in managing, DNS and DHCP, IIS and FTP, Certificate Services
  • Strong knowledge in Active Directory Groups, Login script, gMSA, Group policy and managing System Registry changes

  • Knowledge in SCOM, SCCM tools for performing server monitoring and scheduling a various task – SCOM or SCCM tool deployment knowledge is not required
  • Manage scheduled WSUS based server patching and troubleshoot patching failure issues.
  • Ensure server patching post check and pre-check is done and ensure service is up and running.
