Job Description

We are looking for a Wintel Administrator who will join the IT structure of the service and will be responsible for performing Systems & Infra & Cloud support tasks both onsite and remotely.

Tasks and functions:

• Ensure the quality of the deployed service.
• Execution of related tasks for the different sub-services within scope.
• End-to-end responsibility for associated ticketing: management of Incidents, requests, and queries.

• Good communication skills at different levels and with various interlocutors (user, client, and other IT areas), interpersonal relationship skills, customer orientation.
• High capacity for analysis and problem-solving.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum experience: more than 2 years in Systems Administration positions.
• Valuable if the service provided has been in large companies.
• Requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Minimum education: Higher Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar.
• Valuable manufacturer certifications: Microsoft, Cisco, etc…

The work modality is hybrid, attending client offices 3 days/week and 2 days/week remotely.

The schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, full-time 40 hours per week.

• Ticketing tools
• Microsoft Office365 and Azure
• Active Directory Administration
• Windows Operating Systems
• On-premise and Cloud Systems and Server Infrastructure
• Cloud Solutions, preferably in Microsoft Azure
• Micro-computing / Device (PCs, Tablets…) and Printing Equipment Administration and Configuration
• Management and administration of the server farm, at system and infrastructure level: Network & Comms knowledge (Switching, Routing)
• PRTG monitoring tools
