Senior ERP Consultant / Management Consultant - Aarhus

You will be part of a small, but ambitious team of 8 colleagues in CIO Service, a specialized practice within the larger Digital Impulse team of approximately 100 management consultants. As a Management Consultant, you will be the link between business, technology, and execution, with a special focus on application modernization, including ERP. Your tasks will include engaging Devoteam in major consulting projects, primarily within legacy modernization (ERP, digital platforms, and other critical business systems), and project managing ERP and other transformation projects. You will also analyze customer businesses to identify improvement areas where Devoteam can contribute and prepare customer analyses, workshops, and presentations.

Must Have

• Engage Devoteam in major consulting projects primarily within legacy modernization (ERP, digital platforms, and other critical business systems).
• Project manage ERP and other transformation projects.
• Analyze customer businesses and identify relevant improvement areas where Devoteam can contribute.
• Prepare customer analyses, workshops, and presentations.
• Approx. 5 years of experience with ERP and perhaps also other business systems.
• Experience with project management of critical business systems.
• Experience with consulting and implementation of business systems based on ERP.
• Technical understanding and experience with complex IT landscapes.
• Business understanding, including focus on articulating strategy, business, business development, business value - and not just IT solutions.
• Fluent in Danish and English verbally and in writing.

Good to Have

• Experience with other business systems besides ERP.
• Experience as a consultant and with sales of larger projects.

You will be part of a small, but ambitious team of 8 colleagues in CIO Service. We are a specialized practice within the larger Digital Impulse team, which consists of approximately 100 management consultants. This means you will receive close sparring from a specialized team while also being part of a large professional community.

We have broad and deep knowledge and are passionate about being with clients, especially helping CIOs create real change. We also highly value meeting in the office to spar, exchange experiences, and create new ideas together.

As our new Management Consultant, you will be the link between business, technology, and execution, with a special focus on application modernization, including ERP.

Your tasks will include:

• Engaging Devoteam in major consulting projects primarily within legacy modernization (ERP, digital platforms, and other critical business systems).
• Project managing ERP and other transformation projects.
• Together with the client, analyzing their business and identifying relevant improvement areas where Devoteam can contribute.
• Preparing client analyses, workshops, and presentations.

We imagine that you are:

You have experience as a consultant and with sales of larger projects and participation in deliveries within, for example, ERP, CRM, HR, or similar. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has:

• Approx. 5 years of experience with ERP and perhaps also other business systems.
• Experience with project management of critical business systems.
• Experience with consulting and implementation of business systems based on ERP, and thus being part of the delivery.
• Technical understanding and experience with complex IT landscapes.
• Business understanding, including a focus on articulating strategy, business, business development, business value - and not just IT solutions.
