Job Summary

As a Sr. Software Architect, you will design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions, working with cross-functional teams. You will prototype, develop, and debug software for semiconductor equipment, contributing expertise in intricate systems and driving innovation in machine learning and AI. The role involves technical reviews, risk mitigation, technology evaluation, and mentoring.

Must Have

  • Design and implement scalable, reliable and maintainable software solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into architectural/software designs.
  • Code and develop quick prototypes to establish design with real code and data.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to unblock software engineers.
  • Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to software engineers.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks.
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex software components and systems.
  • Mentor and coach Tech Leads & software engineers.
  • 12-18 years of experience with B. Tech / MTech in Computer Science.
  • Proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role with 10+ years in product development.
  • Minimum experience of 10+ years in core Java & advanced features (e.g., streams, functional programming, virtual threads).
  • Minimum experience of 5+ years in Spring Boot & associated Spring features.
  • Minimum experience of 4+ years in driving/contributing towards HLD & LLD, code reviews & coding practices (like clean code & SOLID principles).
  • Minimum experience of 4+ years in building and driving microservices based architecture or large scale systems.
  • Strong in algorithms & data-structures.
  • Experience in workflow frameworks (e.g., Temporal, Apache Airflow).
  • Experience in reactive programming.

Good to Have

  • Good knowledge on Semiconductor domain.
  • Design, prototype, implement and test software and computer vision machine learning algorithms in Python.
  • Experience with scikit-image, Tensor Flow, PyTorch.

Our Software Engineers are responsible for designing, prototyping, developing, and debugging software solutions for semiconductor equipment components and devices to ensure quality and functionality. Responsibilities:

  • As a seasoned Software Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, reliable and maintainable software solutions for our organization.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and translate them into architectural/software designs that meet business needs.
  • You will be coding and developing quick prototypes to establish your design with real code and data.
  • You will be a subject Matter expert to unblock software engineers.
  • Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to software engineers during the development process.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks to meet project requirements.
