Job Description

We are seeking a Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The role involves assisting in the configuration of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules, performing system configuration tasks such as creating absence plans, time-off, accrual, work schedules, time calculations, time entry code, and time entry template. The consultant will also provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, system optimization, and support business with day-to-day queries.
Must have:
  • Assist in the configuration of the Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
  • Perform system configuration tasks such as creating absence plans, time-off, accrual, work schedules, time calculations, time entry code and time entry template.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
  • Support business with day-to-day queries.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management configuration and support.
  • Experience with support multiple clients on Workday Time and Absence.
  • At least one implementation experience on Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
  • Ability to gather and analyse business requirements.
  • Experience in leading or participating in full Workday project life cycles, including planning, design, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Good to have:
  • Workday certification(s) in Time Tracking and Absence Management is a plus.
  • Experience with Workday HCM or Payroll modules is a plus.
