Job Description

The Werkstudent (m/w/d) will support the PMO in portfolio and demand management, drive report automation with Python and Powershell, track project management data quality in Jira, manage selected projects, and oversee processes like the “Ready for Production” checklist. The role requires someone with an interest in project management, programming skills (Python, Powershell), very good German and English skills, good Microsoft Office knowledge, reliability, structured work habits, clear communication, and teamwork. The candidate should be studying in a technical field, such as industrial engineering, business informatics, process engineering, or computer science, preferably in a master's program with a completed bachelor's degree.

Must have:

Interest in project management.
Programming skills (Python, Powershell).
Very good German and English skills.
Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
Reliability and commitment.
Structured working method.
Clear and precise communication.
Teamwork.

Aufgaben:

Unterstützung des PMOs bei Portfolio und Demand Management
Reportautomatisierung mit Python und Powershell voran treiben
Tracking der Projekt Management Datenqualität in Jira
Projektleitung für ausgewählte Projekte
Betreuung weiterer Prozesse wie zB die „Ready for Production“ Checkliste

Qualifikationen:

Studiengang mit technischem Schwerpunkt, z.B. Wirtschafsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Prozesstechnik, Informatik (bevorzugt aktuell im Masterstudium mit abgeschlossenem Bachelorstudium)
Interesse an Projektmanagement
Programmierkenntnisse (Python, Powershell)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
Zuverlässigkeit und Verbindlichkeit
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Klare und präzise Kommunikation
Teamfähigkeit
