Working Student - Risk Management

The Risk Management team has some important and highly visible tasks and projects to complete, and we are seeking an actively engaged new junior team member to help with the completion of the following:

• Regular reporting to ISS STOXX risk committee, legal entity boards and group
• Support monitoring of key risk indicators and preparation of relevant reports
• Completion of ICS policy requirements (Process Map review, risk documentation review, controls testing)
• Support documentation and coordination tasks within Business Continuity Management and Incident Management
• Organizing Risk Management materials for internal governance
• Working with stakeholders from various business functions
• Administration of risk and control inventory

What you bring to ISS STOXX:

• Minimum of 4, preferably 6 successfully completed semesters (pursuing a Masters degree)
• Availability to work 20 hours per week long term
• Analytical skills, competent handling of Excel (creating reports, graphs, conditional formatting, etc.) Ability to write scripts in Excel and Python would be a big plus.
• Pro-active approach, ability to ask questions, high level of accuracy
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2 level as a minimum)
