ISS FWW is the leading German fund data provider and has been part of ISS-STOXX since 2019.

With the data from the FWW fund database, FWW supports fund advisors and investors in making informed investment decisions.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager - Data Solutions (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time to expand our team in Haar near Munich.

You will help our customers transmit fund data from the fund company to ISS FWW in regulated formats.

This requires written and telephone communication with our customers.

Also, you are responsible for coordinating and monitoring the maintenance of data and documents relating to investment funds.

Your Profile:

• Precise, independent and reliable way of working with high quality standards
• Open, communicative nature
• Enjoy interacting with customers
• Teamwork ability
• Logical, customer-oriented and solution-oriented thinking
• Basic technical understanding
• Experience in customer service / After Sales
• Interest in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Quick comprehension and high self-motivation
• German and English in spoken and written form
• Ideally experience/training in the financial sector
