Job Description

This working student position in Sales & Key Account Management offers the chance to join a dynamic sales team, contributing to strategy implementation and market expansion in the DACH region. You will gain insights into customer-oriented sales processes, learn about innovative AI-supported tools, and actively support customer care, data management, and sales analyses. The role involves creating reports, assisting with promotions, and organizing presentations.
Must have:
  • Support the sales team with customer care, data maintenance, and master data management (SAP).
  • Create, update, and maintain assortment, distribution, and sales overviews.
  • Conduct assortment and performance analyses and create management presentations.
  • Accompany and further develop our AI tool for shelf availability control.
  • Support price and discount processing, as well as promotions and display placements.
  • Organize and prepare customer presentations, workshops, and internal product training.
  • Close collaboration with Key Account Management, Trade Shopper Marketing & Field Sales.
  • Independent management of varied projects and contribution of own ideas.
  • Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Sales or similar.
  • Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Analytical thinking and structured way of working.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer-oriented work.
  • Team spirit, self-initiative, and willingness to learn.
  • Very good German and English skills.
  • Availability for at least one year.
Good to have:
  • First experience in sales, marketing or e-commerce is an advantage, but not mandatory.

In this role, you will have the opportunity

You will gain insights into customer-oriented sales processes, learn about innovative AI-supported tools, and can actively contribute to further expanding our market position in the DACH region.

Your tasks

  • Support the sales team with customer care, data maintenance, and master data management (SAP)
  • Creation, updating, and maintenance of assortment, distribution, and sales overviews
  • Conducting assortment and performance analyses and creating management presentations
  • Accompanying and further developing our AI tool for shelf availability control
  • Support with price and discount processing, as well as with promotions and display placements

Great if you bring the following
