In this role, you will have the opportunity
to contribute to a dynamic and strong sales team that consistently implements our strategy and flexibly adapts to market conditions to open up new revenue potential. You will gain insights into customer-oriented sales processes, learn about innovative AI-supported tools, and can actively contribute to further expanding our market position in the DACH region.
Your tasks
- Support the sales team with customer care, data maintenance, and master data management (SAP)
- Creation, updating, and maintenance of assortment, distribution, and sales overviews
- Conducting assortment and performance analyses and creating management presentations
- Accompanying and further developing our AI tool for shelf availability control
- Support with price and discount processing, as well as with promotions and display placements
- Organization and preparation of customer presentations, workshops, and internal product training
- Close collaboration with Key Account Management, Trade Shopper Marketing & Field Sales, among others
- Independent management of varied projects and contribution of own ideas
Great if you bring the following
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Sales or similar
- Very good Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Analytical thinking and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer-oriented work
- Team spirit, self-initiative, and willingness to learn
- Very good German and English skills
- Availability for at least one year
- First experience in sales, marketing or e-commerce is an advantage, but not mandatory
