The AppleCare Business Operations team seeks a Worldwide Service Supply Demand Product Planner to manage demand forecasting and planning for a portion of the AppleCare business. This role requires strong analytical skills to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and adjust forecasts in an evolving demand landscape. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage technical and project management skills, and communicate data analysis and forecast impacts effectively to a diverse audience. A creative problem-solving approach and passion for driving innovative processes to deliver excellent customer service are essential.

The candidate should also be able to effectively communicate data analysis and forecast impacts to a broad audience of AppleCare internal customers. The candidate should be a creative problem solver, who is passionate about building, maintaining, and driving innovative process and methods to deliver outstanding customer service.
