Job Description

This role involves managing deliverables and processes for YouTube's sports projects, ensuring operational quality in customized assets and branded content. Responsibilities include project management, leading cross-functional teams, managing the YouTube content ideation process (planning, creative pitches, production, presentations), engaging with stakeholders, and collaborating with product leads. The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery of assets, maintain advertiser standards, and plan and oversee project execution to align with client agreements. Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential for communication with local stakeholders. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience in branded content, video program management, or brand marketing.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Video and YouTube product and content ecosystem, with organic video planning, production and measurement.
  • Knowledge of Sports, YouTube creators, YouTube and Display and Video 360 (DV) platforms.
  • Ability to act quickly on ideas and demonstrate adaptability to project changes or challenges.
  • Excellent influencing and problem-solving skills.

You will be responsible to plan, manage, and oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables align with client agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a project management, ensure timely delivery of all customized assets and branded content.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality projects deliverables in line with advertisers standards.
  • Manage the YouTube content ideation process (planning, creative pitches, production, and external presentations).
  • Engage and partner with stakeholders across the video ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with product leads to scale specific products and develop solutions that amplify Google’s perspective on social topics.
