As a YouTube Content Specialist, you will co-create engaging formats, analyze data, and optimize content. This role combines creative and analytical competencies, focused on increasing efficiency and building an active online community.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive support in developing YouTube channels for various formats (podcast, live program), from content optimization to data analysis and co-creation of new formats.
• Creating engaging titles, thumbnails, and video intros to increase CTR.
• Adapting content to YouTube Shorts format.
• Optimizing content for SEO and compliance with YouTube best practices.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (CTR, retention, traffic sources) and preparing recommendations.
• Tracking trends and proposing new format solutions.
• Actively managing and engaging the community through the Community tab.
• Ongoing collaboration with the YouTube Content Manager in implementing channel development strategy.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of current YouTube practices, algorithms, and trends.
• Ability to analyze data and draw practical conclusions (including CTR, retention, traffic sources).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro tools.
• Openness to using AI tools in daily work.
• Combining analytical, creative, and organizational competencies.
• Focus on effectiveness, content quality, and continuous channel development.
• Welcome: experience in managing YouTube channels (personal or company).
