Must Have:
- Comprehensive support in developing YouTube channels for various formats (podcast, live program), from content optimization to data analysis and co-creation of new formats
- Creating engaging titles, thumbnails, and video intros to increase CTR
- Adapting content to YouTube Shorts format
- Optimizing content for SEO and compliance with YouTube best practices
- Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (CTR, retention, traffic sources) and preparing recommendations
- Tracking trends and proposing new format solutions
- Actively managing and engaging the community through the Community tab
- Ongoing collaboration with the YouTube Content Manager in implementing channel development strategy
- Good knowledge of current YouTube practices, algorithms, and trends
- Ability to analyze data and draw practical conclusions (including CTR, retention, traffic sources)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro tools
- Openness to using AI tools in daily work
- Combining analytical, creative, and organizational competencies
- Focus on effectiveness, content quality, and continuous channel development

Responsibilities
