Job Summary

Job Description

This YouTube Specialist role at Google's gTech, Ads Solutions, requires fluency in English and French. Responsibilities include consulting with advertising companies to find optimal advertising solutions, reviewing client business objectives, developing holistic media strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams for account growth, and driving conversations on YouTube/DV360 media measurement and attribution. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, understands online media and commercial know-how, and can navigate various business personalities. The position involves working with Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic advertising, leveraging data analysis to identify patterns and drive business growth for clients.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years digital media/marketing experience
  • 1+ year experience in client relationship management
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic advertising
Good to have:
  • Data analysis and pattern identification skills
  • Excellent business and communication skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently, to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Google products across Google Ads, YouTube and programmatic advertising.
  • Ability to process data sets and identify patterns of significance.
  • Excellent business skills, with the ability to navigate and influence various personalities within a business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply knowledge of market, industry, products, and tools in preparation to offer the best solution for clients' business challenges.
  • Review client’s business objectives and work with them to lead the conversation on a holistic media strategy to drive performance and investment.
  • Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short and long-term account growth.
  • Drive conversations on measurement and attribution (along with the Measurement and Attribution specialists) of YouTube or DV360 media.
