Your daily life

By joining us in Meudon, you will be part of Thales Group's headquarters located on the banks of the Seine and organized as a true campus, bringing together our digital identity and security activities.

You will be a key player in a major business transformation project initiated by Thales.

This project:

• Must define and implement the convergence of end-to-end business processes across numerous Global Business Units and countries
• Is centered on digital continuity between various application bricks (PLM, ERP, MES, Project Management, etc.)
• Must design, develop, and deploy a new ERP based on SAP 4HANA
• Is organized into Value Streams

The "Project Management" Value Stream Director supervises a multidisciplinary team, both business and IT, to define the target for the end-to-end process(es) for which they are responsible (process, data, and application solutions), in coordination with the entire transformation program, including other Value Stream Directors:

• Design of processes, the ERP solution, and the application ecosystem, using a core modeling and fit-to-standard ERP approach
• Consistency of data models and guarantor of digital continuity
• Change management and adoption
• Guarantor of achieving value creation objectives and alignment with the company's strategic objectives

The Value Stream Director ensures coordination and optimization of existing processes towards a homogenized and standardized target. They deploy a culture of continuous improvement within their teams, while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

The role involves resource management, strategic planning, and the implementation of project methodologies, particularly Agile, to ensure the efficiency and performance of this large-scale project.

This key position is responsible for delivering high-quality digital solutions, while fostering a culture of innovation and managing risks.

Profile

• Professional experience of at least 15 years, if possible in multi-country environments or organizations, Business Units or Business Lines, and if possible in design and manufacturing environments
• Confirmed operational experience of at least 8 years in the field of offers and projects, if possible for products, systems or systems of systems (defense, aero, automotive, etc.)
• Experience leading a large project or program with a budget exceeding €50M / year
• Experience with major responsibility in the implementation of project management IS, at enterprise scale, and/or an ERP is a plus
• Confirmed experience in large-scale IT project management. Mastery of scaled agile is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in data modeling and inter-application digital continuity approaches (end-to-end processes) and/or data platform
• Experience in a major functional role in an ERP project is a plus.
• Solid experience in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement
• Proven skills in risk and performance management
• Excellent communication and expectation management skills
