Job Description
The ZK Web 3 Event Manager will be responsible for planning and executing all aspects of events, from initial concept to on-site coordination. This includes ensuring events align with company objectives and brand guidelines, overseeing all company travel arrangements, managing travel budgets, and establishing vendor relationships. The role also involves supervising event and travel-related service providers, identifying potential risks, and tracking event outcomes to prepare reports for management and HR. Additionally, the responsibilities will include English communication at B2 level or higher, and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute all aspects of events, from concept development to logistics and on-site coordination
- Ensure events align with company objectives and brand guidelines
- Oversee all company travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Manage travel budgets and ensure compliance with company travel policies
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships; negotiate contracts and agreements
- Supervise event and travel-related service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Identify potential risks related to events and travel; develop and implement contingency plans
- Track event and travel outcomes, evaluate performance against KPIs, and prepare reports for management and HR
REQUIREMENTS
- English level: B2 or higher
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an Event Manager
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
- Skilled in vendor negotiation and coordination
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
