The Senior Ad Monetization Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies for mobile app ad monetization, managing bidding and waterfall configurations, and managing relationships with major ad platforms. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing dashboards, monitoring KPIs, staying abreast of advertising trends, and driving innovation in ad products. The candidate will work with the Ad Monetization team of the Justplay App and mobile games subsidiary, Gimica Games. The role focuses on waterfall management, offer wall operations, managing relationships with major ad platforms, and driving innovation in ad product development. This role requires a strong understanding of the mobile gaming industry and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

<h2 id="your-mission">Your mission</h2>
We are a worldwide gaming loyalty platform operator and publisher. Our purpose is to enable free-to-play mobile game players to get rewarded for their hobby. We launched JustPlay in the US in 2020, and now our product is one of the leading loyalty rewards apps in the world. Our team is based in 19+ countries and our headquarters is in Berlin, Germany. 
We are looking for a Senior Ad Monetization Manager to join our team! You will work with the Ad Monetization team of our Justplay App and mobile games subsidiary, Gimica Games (with 9-digit annual revenue). This role focuses on waterfall management, offer wall operations, managing relationships with major ad platforms, and driving innovation in ad product development. 
<h2 id="job-responsibilities">Job responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for mobile app ad monetization</li>
<li>Manage bidding and waterfall configurations across the company’s mobile games portfolio (using MAX Mediation)</li>
<li>Communicate and negotiate with advertising partners on commercial deals, and resolve technical issues (bugs, discrepancies, creative quality, SDK updates)</li>
<li>Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ad product monetization</li>
<li>Develop dashboards and monitor KPIs for ad performance (e.g., eCPM, ARPDAU, IMPDAU)</li>
<li>Stay abreast of the advertising landscape and apply emerging trends to mobile games</li>
<li>Drive innovation in ad products</li>
</ul>
