About The Role

We believe that a strong organizational culture and effective performance management are critical to our success. We are looking for an HR Specialist who will have a 360 view with respect to everything people and help us build a vibrant and dynamic work environment. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining programs that enhance our organizational culture and performance. This role will work closely with leaders and employees to ensure alignment with company values and objectives, driving engagement and productivity.

What Will You Do

Culture Development:

  • Design and implement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
  • Conduct regular assessments of workplace culture and recommend improvements.
  • Develop programs and activities that reinforce company values & tie culture to day to day operations.
  • Build a great working culture to ship high quality products.

Performance Management

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive performance management system that drives high performance..
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Partner & train business leaders, managers and employees on performance management processes and tools.
  • Facilitate goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Organizational Development

  • Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement organizational changes and improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees during periods of change.
  • Monitor the impact of change initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
  • Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

Strategic HR Leadership, People Experience and Business Partner Collaboration

  • Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and develop HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Aligns the people-related strategies to business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Partners to support the People Experience initiatives and projects related to Learning & Development, Communications, Change Management, and Compensation and Reward programs.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years of focused experience in culture building & performance, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in leading culture initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, with a preference for Keka, and MS Office Suite.
