The Senior Office Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Studio's Operations team across three facilities in Royal Leamington Spa.  Responsibilities include managing daily studio operations, coordinating travel arrangements, supporting meetings and events (including onsite and offsite company events, pub nights, and team events), managing building maintenance requests,  handling purchasing and inventory of office supplies and merchandise, coordinating employee awards,  managing the studio newsletter,  ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing reception cover. The role demands excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, working closely with various internal teams and external vendors. This is a 12-month contract.

                </p><h2>Playground Games is looking for a Senior Office Administrator to join our Operations team on a contract basis.&nbsp;</h2><h3>ABOUT US: &nbsp;</h3><p>As a first-party Xbox Game Studio, we are passionate about making genre-defining games that are accessible, beautiful, and, most of all, fun.  &nbsp;</p><h3>SUMMARY: &nbsp;</h3><p>Working closely with the wider Operations team, the Senior Office Administrator will provide efficient administrative support to the Studio. The role involves interacting with a variety of internal teams and disciplines, in addition to external visitors.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>This is a 12-month contract role based across our three state-of-the-art facilities in Royal Leamington Spa.&nbsp;</strong></p><h3>What you’ll do:&nbsp;</h3><h3></h3><h3>Admin</h3><ul><li>Provide administrative and operational support to the Admin Manager &amp; Operations Manager for the day to day running of the studios&nbsp;</li><li>Liaising with external travel company to coordinate staff and interview candidate travel&nbsp;</li><li>Providing administrative and/or operational support for all onsite meetings (including interviews, visitors, PR events etc)&nbsp;</li><li>Responding to emails sent to the tellmemore@ inbox and redirecting to appropriate people within the business&nbsp;</li><li>Reporting building defects and facilities issues to the Facilities team&nbsp;</li><li>Coordination of PG apartments including new starter allocation (as requested by HR) and upkeep including basic provisions, cleaning and maintenance&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute towards the PG Studio Newsletter each week (including formatting and issuing in line with the rota) &nbsp;</li></ul><h3>&nbsp;Purchasing &nbsp;</h3><ul><li>Ordering items and resources for the studio as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Ordering new items of merchandise as requested by the Admin Manager and keeping a sufficient stock including ensuring all merchandise is appropriately stored and easily accessible&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for all printing/artwork requirements at both studios and liaising with internal stakeholders to establish requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Liaising with HR, SLT and individuals to procure 5 and 10 year awards including arranging presentation/delivery of gift&nbsp;</li><li>Following process and procedure as set out by the Finance team&nbsp;</li></ul><h3>Events &nbsp;</h3><ul><li>Support the Admin Manager with the coordination and hosting of onsite and offsite company events</li><li>Liaison with venues and suppliers&nbsp;</li><li>Ordering resources&nbsp;</li><li>Arranging pub nights and team events &nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring all Events are delivered in line with the company Events calendar &nbsp;</li></ul><h3>Health &amp;
