Lead Legal Counsel (Generalist) needed to act as a sole practitioner, providing comprehensive legal support globally.  Responsibilities include contract drafting, risk management, litigation, client/supplier interaction, corporate relations, and IP protection.  The role requires strong legal expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.  This is a remote position with flexible work arrangements.

                                                <h3>What will we trust you with</h3><ul><li>Legal support for the Company's activities throughout the world.</li><li>Document flow process management.</li><li>Claims and litigation work.</li><li>Interaction with clients and suppliers on legal issues.</li><li>Support of corporate relations.</li><li>Consulting, preparation of opinions, analytical reports and other documents on legal and commercial issues.</li><li>Participation in risk management related to legal issues.</li><li>Protection of data, GDPR and the company's intellectual property. </li><li>Development of internal regulations (instructions, FAQ).</li><li>Coordination and control of the work of external legal consultants.</li><li>Interaction with government agencies when necessary</li></ul><h3>What do we expect from you</h3><ul><li>Experience as a lawyer, international lawyer, IP or TM legal adviser of at least 5 years.</li><li>Proficiency in English at upper intermediate level or higher.</li><li>Readiness for the role of a sole practitioner Lawyer.</li><li>Attentive with documents, polite in communication.</li><li>Understanding your role as a business facilitator.</li><li>University degree in law.
