Playkot seeks an experienced entrepreneur to lead their new AI-driven product as CEO. This is an internal startup opportunity offering significant freedom and responsibility. Responsibilities include building and launching AI products from scratch, defining strategy and roadmap, scaling the product, building a strong team, staying updated on AI/entertainment trends, and making key decisions. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience launching and growing AI products, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and a data-driven approach.

Playkot is an international game development company with a team of over 280 specialists and three successful game projects in operation.
We've been making games for the past 15 years, but now we're going beyond game development and launching new AI-driven products. It will be an internal startup and we're looking for an experienced entrepreneur to lead it as CEO.

What you will be doing
- Building and launching AI products from scratch — defining its concept, strategy, roadmap and taking it to its first users.
- Scaling — testing hypotheses, identifying growth opportunities and developing the product into a large-scale business while managing unit economics, P&L and key metrics.
- Building a strong team — hiring key specialists and fostering an effective culture.
- Staying abreast of AI and entertainment trends — understanding new technologies and how they can change the experience.
- Make decisions and own the results — you will have maximum autonomy, but the success of the product will be in your hands.

- Proven experience of launching and growing AI-driven products as a founder, co-founder or CPO.
