You'll consistently deliver top-level work, solve visual design problems creatively, and collaborate with the Art Lead, Art Director, producers, animators, and developers.  Your responsibilities include developing appealing illustrations, adapting to existing styles, designing entire games from sketch to final renders, and providing constructive critique. <li>Consistently deliver work of the highest level that can inspire the team and carry the vision</li>
<li>Solve visual problems related to game design and come up with creative solutions to resolve this</li>
<li>Work closely with the Art Lead and Art Director to develop work based on the feedback given</li>
<li>Work closely with other departments, such as producers, animators and developers to understand expectations and achieve the best results possible</li>

<li>Jaw dropping portfolio showcasing a variety of artwork such as game symbols, characters, backgrounds and GUI</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of art and design principles such as form, colour theory, composition and anatomy</li>

<li>The ability to develop various appealing illustrations, adapt to existing styles and design a whole game from sketch to final renders</li>
