Room 8 Studio seeks a Senior Stylized Character Concept Artist to create, define, and ensure the quality of art assets.  Responsibilities include collaborating with Art Directors and production teams to design diverse characters across various settings and styles; supporting character development from ideation to final concepts; ensuring designs are functional for 3D production and consistent with project goals; maintaining visual standards; and implementing feedback from internal and external leads.  The ideal candidate possesses proven gaming industry experience, proficiency in Photoshop and other 2D digital art tools, solid understanding of anatomy, form, color theory, and design principles, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
