RJ Games is seeking an experienced 3D Generalist to join their Puzzle Breakers project. This full-time, remote role involves 3D modeling, texturing, and integrating assets into Unity. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for shader development, asset optimization, and refining art content within Unity, bringing game assets to life. The role requires a passion for creativity and technology, with a focus on artistic taste and attention to detail.
Good To Have:
  • Background in indie game development or creating personal side projects.
Must Have:
  • 3D modeling and texturing of existing content.
  • Integration and setup of assets in Unity.
  • Shader development.
  • Asset optimization.
  • Refinement of art content in Unity when needed.
  • 4+ years of experience in game development in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with Unity game engine.
  • Experience in 3D/VFX.
  • Familiarity with Maya/3D Max/Blender.
  • Experience with CPU/GPU profiling tools.
  • Knowledge of shader creation and optimization for mobile platforms.
  • Understanding of game asset and level optimization.
  • Awareness of render budgets and technical constraints.

The game is running on iOS/Android all over the world, tens of thousands of gamers play it every day, and we are not going to stop there!

We’re looking for an experienced specialist who’s equally passionate about creativity and technology. In this role, you’ll not only model and texture but also bring your work to life in Unity, making art assets alive in the game. If, like us, you value artistic taste, attention to detail, and the ability to carry an idea all the way through to the final result, we’d love to meet you!
