CGBOT is a 3D, 2D, 3D Animation and VFX art company seeking a 3D Lead Supervisor. The role involves leading the team, overseeing production, and ensuring the workflow aligns with the Art Director's vision. Responsibilities include managing team estimates and schedules, defining production plans, and making critical decisions to keep production on track. The ideal candidate will have a good artistic eye, experience in the video game industry, strong communication skills, and be proficient in relevant software.
Must have:
- Good artistic eye and attention to detail.
- Experience in the video game industry (2+ years).
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- English Language proficiency.
- Understand real-time game asset creation.
- Understand 3D production software.

Job Details
CGBOT is a 3D, 2D, 3D Animation and VFX art company with extensive professional experience and internal production for video games. Based in Austin, TX, and a production studio in Monterrey, Mexico.
We have an incredible opportunity for a 3D Lead Supervisor.
✅Skills:
- Good artistic eye and attention to detail.
- A solid strategist who helps the team with long-term planning and goal meetings.
- Experience in the video game industry (2+ years).
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- English Language proficiency
- Self-motivated, with a good work ethic and a great team-player attitude.
- Understand real-time game asset creation.
- Understand 3D production software.
✅Software:
- Zbrush
- 3dsMax / Maya / Blender
- Substance (Painter and Designer)
- Photoshop
- Marmoset
- Unreal / Unity
✅Responsibilities:
- SCRUM master & meeting with the artists.
- Work with the Producer and QA to create and manage team estimates and schedules.
- Define a workflow production plan for the artists.
- Ensure that the team is following the workflow plan defined with the help of the Art Director.
- Make decisions that keep the production moving forward.
