Job Description
DEVBot is seeking a Producer to join their team. This full-time, permanent contract role involves planning, coordinating, and executing dev and video game production projects. The Producer will manage schedules, budgets, and resources, maintain client and internal team communication, document progress, and ensure timely, on-budget deliveries within scope. Candidates need at least one year of production or project management experience and advanced English.

- Document progress (Peer Log, RAID/decisions log), metrics, and status reports.
- Ensure deliveries are within scope, on time, and on budget.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in production or project management.
- Knowledge of the development production life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Advanced English (verbal and written communication).
- Strong planning skills.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and flexible attitude.
