Producer

CGBOT is a 3D art company with extensive professional experience and internal production for video games. Based in Austin, TX, and a production studio in Monterrey, Mexico.

We have an incredible opportunity for a Producer to join the Team CGBOT. The ideal candidate should understand the workflow for video games and possess the following:

The producer will be responsible for coordinating and planning all the resources needed to complete projects on time and budget.

✅Planning:

Plan projects to be as efficient as possible.

Handle multiple projects at once.

✅Documenting – Peer Log:

Proper documentation and excellent log.

Responsible for communications from/to client

✅Scheduling:

Create and update the schedule of multiple projects per team.

✅Tracking – Follow up:

Make sure the project happens, once the plan is in place.

Track projects to ensure they are delivered on time & within budgeted time.

✅Metrics:

All Projects ( assets, phases, and resources) should have monthly tracked metrics using internal tools .

✅Skills:

Video game knowledge.

Problem solver.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, principles and solutions.

Advanced English language skills.
