Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Academy Program Coordinator to join Postman on a contract basis. This role is all about making our customer and internal training programs run smoothly — from managing attendee communications to supporting our users through Zendesk. You’ll handle scheduling, logistics, and follow-up to ensure every training experience is seamless. Responsibilities include providing customer support via Zendesk, coordinating private training sessions, managing attendee communications, partnering with Academy leads for event coordination, and maintaining accurate records.
Must have:
  • Provide day-to-day support for Academy users via Zendesk, including troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and escalating complex problems.
  • Coordinate private training sessions by managing calendars, booking rooms, arranging logistics, and ensuring all event details are in place.
  • Send pre- and post-session emails to attendees, including event details, surveys, and relevant resources.
  • Partner with Academy leads to manage session schedules, prepare materials, and liaise with instructors and attendees.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendee lists, and follow-up actions.
  • Experience in event coordination, program support, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to follow established processes.
  • Comfort using tools like Zendesk, Google Workspace, Airtable and online scheduling platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Academy Program Coordinator to join Postman on a contract basis. You’ll handle scheduling, logistics, and follow-up to ensure every training experience is seamless.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Support – Provide day-to-day support for Academy users via Zendesk, including troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Training Logistics – Coordinate private training sessions by managing calendars, booking rooms, arranging logistics, and ensuring all event details are in place.
  • Attendee Communications – Send pre- and post-session emails to attendees, including event details, surveys, and relevant resources.
  • Event Coordination – Partner with Academy leads to manage session schedules, prepare materials, and liaise with instructors and attendees.
  • Administrative Support – Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendee lists, and follow-up actions.

About You

  • Experience in event coordination, program support, or customer service (SaaS or education programs preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to follow established processes
  • Comfort using tools like Zendesk, Google Workspace, Airtable and online scheduling platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

The reasonably estimated hourly rate for this contract role ranges from $45 to $60 per hour. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This is a contract position and is exempt from company provided benefits.
