Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will focus on delivering revenue by conducting account reviews and prospecting. You will also manage renewal revenue with a customer-centric approach and work cross-functionally to ensure a great customer experience. In addition to this you will Develop expertise through product training and consistent analysis of competitive and industry insights and operate as a team player. The role requires a commitment to achieving sales targets and fostering a collaborative environment.
Must have:
  • 1+ years sales experience in SaaS sales
  • Experience in selling/prospecting for support solutions, telephone systems or remote access
  • Proven track record of consistently and successfully attaining goals
  • Excellent relationship building
  • Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions

Your Day to Day
As an Account Executive you would be working on:
Delivering Revenue --- You will conduct regular account reviews with your existing customers, prospect and penetrate top accounts to deliver revenue in line with targets
Retaining Customers --- You will take a customer centric approach in managing renewal revenue and forecasting, working cross functionally to ensure exceptional customer experience
Developing Product and Industry Expertise --- You will be committed to developing expertise through product training and consistent analysis of competitive and industry insights
Operate as a Team Player --- You will foster a sense of ownership among the team, demonstrating genuine commitment and approach challenges in new, innovative ways

What We’re Looking For
As an Account Executive, your background will look like:
