As a Project Coordinator, you will set expectations, ensure clear outcomes for deliverables, and hold stakeholders accountable. You will identify and involve stakeholders for conflict resolution, follow up on deadlines, and ensure proper communication. Furthermore, you will identify and address potential risks. The role is within the Customer Care and Success team, focused on simplifying IT for everyone and delivering exceptional service.
Must have:
  • Studies in Project Management or related degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced skills in Office Suite and other softwares.
  • Proficient English Language skills (written and spoken).
  • Experience in Team, Risk, and Project Management.

Your Day to Day, as a Project Coordinator you would be working on:  

·       Setting the right expectations for all stakeholders within the project scope, ensuring the expected outcome is clear for each deliverable, holding the correct stakeholder accountable for deliverables, setting and maintaining timelines and assessing the risks of not delivering.  

·       Identifying direct and indirect stakeholders that should be involved with conflict resolutions.  

·       Following up with all stakeholders on established deadlines to make sure deliverables are completed as expected.  

·       Ensuring all communication is properly addressed and followed up on. 

·       Identify potential risks so they can be addressed before they turn into problems. 

 

What We’re Looking For, as a Project Coorinator, your background will look like:  

·       Studies in Project Management or another relevant degree.

·       2+ years of experience in a similar role, working on a team focused on bottom-line growth.

·       Advanced skills in Office Suite and other software's.

·       Proficient English Language skills in both written and spoken communication (writtent and spoken above 80%).

·       Experience in Team Management, Risk Management, Project Planning and Execution.
