Job Description

This role involves end-to-end ownership of outsourcing manpower planning and vendor management for the MSME Sales team. Responsibilities include achieving headcount targets, optimizing hiring processes, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to address operational challenges in a fast-paced environment. Success in the first six months will be measured by improved vendor performance, timely headcount fulfillment, and data-driven process improvements.
Must have:
  • Own headcount fulfillment for MSME Sales team, leading manpower planning and vendor management.
  • Develop and execute vendor acquisition, negotiation, and management strategies.
  • Oversee and optimize outsourced end-to-end hiring process for MSME Sales.
  • Establish data-driven framework to monitor hiring progress, deployment, attrition, and vendor performance.
  • Build cross-functional alignment with stakeholders to resolve vendor challenges.
  • Lead vendor performance governance, including KPI setting and service reviews.
  • Direct contract lifecycle management, from renewals to RFPs, and shape business cases.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, HR, or relevant fields.
  • 3+ years experience in vendor management, outsourcing, HR, or operations.
  • Strong financial analysis skills and ability to build business cases.
  • Self-driven, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to successfully drive changes and motivate people in dynamic environments.
  • Key experience in negotiating vendor KPIs and SLAs.
  • Proactive, team player with a strong can-do attitude.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven individual to take ownership of end-to-end our outsourcing manpower planning and vendor management for the MSME Sales team.

The role covers a wide scope, including achieving ambitious headcount targets within SLAs, optimizing outsourced hiring processes, and coordinating closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Operating in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, the role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, problem solving and negotiation skills to address ongoing operational challenges.

In the first six months, success will be measured by improved vendor performance governance, timely and high-quality headcount fulfillment, and the implementation of scalable, data-driven process improvements

What You Will Do

  • Own the headcount fulfillment for the MSME Sales team by leading end-to-end manpower planning and executing vendor management strategies to ensure timely, high-quality headcount fulfillment
  • Develop and execute vendor acquisition, negotiation, and management strategies to align with MSME Sales team quality standards and long-term business objectives.
  • Oversee and optimize the outsourced end-to-end hiring process for the MSME Sales team business unit, ensuring headcount fulfillment within SLA while improving efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Establish a data-driven framework to monitor hiring progress, manpower deployment, attrition trends, and vendor performance, translating insights into actionable process improvements.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders to proactively resolve vendor challenges and drive continuous operational excellence.
  • Lead vendor performance governance, including KPI setting, regular service review meetings, and targeted initiatives to elevate vendor service delivery quality.
  • Direct contract lifecycle management, from renewals to RFPs, and shape business cases for vendor renewal, replacement, or capacity expansion in collaboration with project leadership.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; majoring in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, HR, or relevant fields
  • 3+ years of work experience, preferably experience in various aspects of vendor management, outsourcing management, HR, and operations
  • Strong financial analysis skills, ability to build and support business cases
  • Self-driven, ability to manage multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to clearly prioritize tasks
  • Ability to drive changes successfully and to keep people motivated in a highly changing environment
  • Key experience and able to negotiate vendor KPI and SLA’s
  • Proactive, ability to work in a team, and a strong can do attitude.
